ou will live in a high-quality serviced apartment in a calm location in Lugano-Massagno. Your apartment is furnished and offers its own kitchen, a modern bathroom and a private balcony. This allows you to enjoy privacy and a place to unwind, while also having access to the communal areas and other amenities. In addition to your private living space, you will have access to THE FLAG restaurant, fitness and wellbeing area, communal garden, library and roof terrace, among other amenities.
You remain flexible depending on your individual needs:
- Short Stay means a stay of 7 to 30 days – ideal for a short internship, a study project or a transitional period until you move into a long-term flat or shared accommodation.
- Long Stay starts at 30 days and is suitable for a semester, a longer period of study or a longer internship in Lugano.
