Our family-owned business is committed to transforming the existing structure into a new home for independent seniors in the heart of the city.
The modern apartments, ranging in size from 29 m² to 67 m², offer expansive views of the state capital. In addition to the 65 barrier-free senior apartments, THE FLAG Senior Living Wiesbaden features a rooftop terrace of approximately 100 m². The 11-story building will undergo a complete facelift with a partially greened facade.
